Withdrawal & cancellation
As a consumer you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the form below to notify us — we will confirm and arrange your refund.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. To withdraw, let us know within that period using the form below (or any other clear statement). After you notify us, you then return the goods within 14 days. The full conditions are in our Terms & conditions and on our Shipping & returns page. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you; we refund the order amount, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of it.
