Everything is dried, light and made to travel. Here is how your order reaches you across Europe — and what to do if it needs to go back.

Dispatch, delivery & shipping rates
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Shipping is charged by the weight of your order, so a single bunch never pays for a box. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, and itemised on your invoice.

Weights are the botanicals themselves; packaging is on us. Most orders — a few bunches, or one or two kilo bags — fall in the Small column. A 4.2 kg box is Medium. Ordering more than 20 kg, or shipping somewhere not listed? Email us and we will quote it.
Outside the EU. Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are shipped under DDU: import VAT, duties and the carrier’s clearance fee are charged to you on arrival by the carrier and are not included in the rates above. Everything we ship is dried and strictly decorative, and travels with a customs declaration to that effect.
Packaging
Dried botanicals are delicate by nature. We pack each piece to protect its silhouette in transit. If something arrives damaged, see “Damaged in transit” below — we will always make it right.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The easiest way is our online withdrawal form — or notify us within that period at info@houseofpapaver.com. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging where possible.
- We refund the full order amount, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return).
- The cost of returning the item is borne by you, the customer.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made or personalised to your specification.
How to return an order
- Email info@houseofpapaver.com with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item safely and ship it back within 14 days of your notice.
- Once received and checked, we process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Caring for your botanicals
Everything we sell is dried and strictly decorative. Keep pieces out of direct damp and heavy handling, dust gently now and then, and they will keep for years.
